Enrollment
K.I.D.S. School is a year round
preschool and pre-kindergarten program.
​
In order to enroll, a child must be two (2) years and 8 months old on or before August 1st of the year of enrollment.​ For health reasons, children must be thoroughly toilet trained to be accepted at K.I.D.S. School (no diapers/pull-ups).

Admission Requirements

A physical examination within one (1) year prior to school entrance.

Immunizations: HIB, DPT, POLIO, MMR, HEP B, VARIVAX

If NO VACCINATIONS, a Religious Exemption Form MUST be filled out.

A completed Health Record (DOE Form 14), providing that these health requirements have been fulfilled, must be filled out and signed by a doctor and returned to school.

A NEGATIVE Tuberculin (TB) test OR x-ray reading completed within one (1) year prior to entry to school. School entrance will not be allowed without TB clearance.
